Pros
collaborative, transparent, move quickly, great office
Cons
same as any startup: funding runway

Pros
Everyone at this company is hard working and super smart. I was not asked to write this review, but I love the energy and culture so much that I want to contribute. Also, we're hiring. So if you are into slow-paced, un-dynamic workplaces that are full of procedures and meetings about meetings - do not apply. If you want to feel good about what you do on a daily basis (we are a clean tech company), take ownership over your work, and be in a true start-up environment - do it.
Cons
Start-up - so base salary might be lower than other opportunities, but quarterly bonuses based on company and individual performance, benefits, and unlimited vacation make up for it.

Pros
Very smart people, great culture. Use of the best of breed apps to streamline and track work process. Communications and collaboration at its best. Dedicated executive team who is truly dedicated to the people, the culture and deep understanding of what it takes to build a strong and sustainable workforce. Vision Fleet has one of the best compensation packages I have seen in a start up of this size.
Cons
I can't think of any. I've had a great experience with this team.

Pros
Vision Fleet gives you great opportunities for personal growth. You are part of an awesome team who will support and challenge you each and every day. You will be given real responsibilities and an opportunity to stand on your own capabilities. The field is exciting and innovative.
Cons
No big cons, Vision Fleet is a start-up so you should be prepared to work hard and smart.
