    Pros

    Good company. Supplied equipment and supplies needed in the Nursing Program

    Cons

    RN Program closed/ISBN and school eventually able to teach out programs and closed.

    Advice to Management

    Be Honest with employees and students!

    Cared more about numbers than the actual people they were enrolling.

    I can't think of one good thing to say about Everest.

    Cons

    So many to list! The management sucks, the teachers suck, everyone sucks.

    Advice to Management

    Put yourselves in the shoes of your employees as well as your students.

    The pay was good but that is about it.

    Cons

    Everything. I felt like a con artist and i was tricking students into the program. I needed to get out of there and good thing i did because a year later the campus I worked at was closed by the government/

    I have been working at Everest College (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Great company, I loved what I did and It gave me great opportunity to advance/promoted. Everest was a solid place with great benefits.

    Cons

    Everest College left us in the dark about how serious the lawsuit were. Also they didn't give us a lot of notice that they was closing for good in Illinois.

    Pros

    Helping others is a good feeling. It does take hard work and there a some good instructors who care.

    Cons

    Not always a good fit for all students . The work required better study habits and regular attendance.

    People want to grow and Improve.

    I worked at Everest College (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Teaching how to be a good nurse. Use of simulation for clinical instruction. Working with professionals who love what they do.

    Cons

    Lack of "Standards" all instructors were to teach by.

    Advice to Management

    Honesty and morals are the way to run an organization.
