I worked at Everest College (Less than a year)

    Pros

There are no good reasons to work for Everest College since they went out of business for the most part because of improprieties.

    Cons

They just use students as free labor for their favored businesses to keep their costs down.

    Advice to Management

Stay out of this kind of business in the future since you are not capable of being honest.

I worked at Everest College (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Hardworking staff, appreciative students. Good benefits at the time. Decent facilities to start, where I was. Initially, allowed staff to be inventive and energizing, with good results.

    Cons

Upper level managers made poor choices, especially in new hires. Allowed poor leaders to continue in their position. No pay advances for several years. New edicts and programs from corporate which failed.

    Advice to Management

Sold to Zenith, a non-profit organization, for pennies on the dollar. Zenith is now closing most of the schools. They obviously bit off more than they could chew.

I worked at Everest College full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

There is not a single pro of which I can think. A simple Google search of this organization will tell you all you need to know about its business practices.

    Cons

There are many cons of which I can think. But again, a simple Google search of this organization will tell you all you need to know about its business practices.

    Advice to Management

I do not have any advice for management. However, it was my observation during the time i was employed that the people placed in leadership of this organization were neither role models nor leaders.
