    Pros

    The people they hire were good people that I enjoyed and still to this day communicate with from time to time.

    Cons

    The Managment is horrible, hr is horrible, they do not care about their employees. High pushy sales environement with high turnover.

    Great team, Great DOA, and good pay.

    Cons

    Reputation of Everest has been damaged for quite some time now so convincing students to attend this school is NOT easy at all. New company bought it out and a massive layoff was created.

    Pros

    Awesome supportive management, collaborative team members, very focused on the students and their success.

    Cons

    Outdated paperwork processes. Needed more support to gain national accounts.

    Advice to Management

    This advice is more geared towards the pay structure - be more competitive in the industry. Salaries are too low.

    I loved helping Students build a Solid Future with Skills that made them Marketable.

    Cons

    Not enough Structure on the Placement end. That area should be heavily stacked with Professionals that help prepare Students for the Work environment.

    Be Professional, be knowledgeable, be accountable.
