    Pros

There is not a single pro of which I can think. A simple Google search of this organization will tell you all you need to know about its business practices.

    Cons

There are many cons of which I can think. But again, a simple Google search of this organization will tell you all you need to know about its business practices.

    Advice to Management

I do not have any advice for management. However, it was my observation during the time i was employed that the people placed in leadership of this organization were neither role models nor leaders.

    Advice to Management

get a real operator in place at the senior level and at the schools. Academic people pretending they know how to operate the schools is unbelievable.

Reputation of Everest has been damaged for quite some time now so convincing students to attend this school is NOT easy at all. New company bought it out and a massive layoff was created.

Company doesn't treat employees well. Constant firings without notice. Closed campus with only 2 week notice to employees and students.

Value your employees more. They are the ones that keep your school's afloat. It is not acceptable to let people go from their jobs without notice. They have lives, bills, and families as well.
