    Pros

I Like my job as a pilot, but the corporate culture is "pay them the very least that we can and train them to minimum FAA required standards". This is a company that is owned and operated by an ego-maniac that will spend millions on self promotion ventures but complains if someone
    goes on workman's compensation.

    Cons

Flying into war zones without adequate compensation, protection or training.

    Advice to Management

Pay your employees at least to the industry average.
