I worked at Evergreen Packaging as a contractor

    Pros

Great company that provides a decent salary for temps & part-time employees and great benefits for full-time employees

    Cons

Temp workers are never guaranteed to work for more than 7 day shutdowns.

    Advice to Management

full-time employees that are to guide new hires/temps through the plant and instruct them on their job duties should be able to do just that instead of asking every other employee or having their own outside conversations while "guiding" new hires.
