Pros
This is one of the best jobs that I'll ever have. I've worked 18 years at other places so I know how great this place is. The substations department sometimes feels like we're on the back burner when it comes to needing equipment and tools to do our job. The pay is phenomenal and benefits are outstanting
Cons
All the departments aren't treated equal. Substation operators have to rotate shifts for the first 3 1/2 years till they can bid on a dedicated shift.
