    The personalized shopping experience is a great plus because you are in charge of the customer. 40% off is nice.

    Cons

    The pay, no commission is available here.

    I love the merchandise and overall the company was run pretty well!

    They stopped promoting from within and I wanted to grow with the company

    Advice to management is to establish what you want from the get go and don't back down on your decisions

    Pros

    Our staff was small, which meant more hours. Everyone got along so it made coming to work enjoyable. Overall great vibe.

    Cons

    Wearing only black / white can get a little boring. Often alone in the store which can get a little boring during slow hours.

    AMAZING team members
    Very fun environment
    Connecting with customers
    Easy breezy job
    Relatively small company
    Understanding management
    Always fun at work

    They cut hours terribly during the fall/winter
    They don't give raises
    No competitive pay
    Black and white only attire
    They can be cheap sometimes
    Overall loved it but it's mostly the fall/winter hours that draw me back

    Manager can assist with marketing ideas!

    Cons

    The company is not family oriented, they run their managers health down by overwork to meet sales goals, cutting on employees hours, pretty much a one man show!

    Advice to Management

    Help each store by sending someone to help out, instead of making awful decisions in the buying or marketing funds, use the funds to employee people to sell the product!

    You have fun with the customers . You get to try on the swim suit and you get a 40% discount on the suit .

    Cons

    It hard to contact the people in charge. You need a lot of love and patience with the higher ups.

    I loved it! I learned so much about swim and enjoyed seeing the new items come in.

    the slow period was a little draining
