I have been working at Evoke Health full-time

    Pros

Great work space, culture, and tons of room to grow

    Cons

The fast paced nature of the pharmaceutical advertising industry makes it hard to stay positive. We should be making a difference and actually "Evoke Health" rather than push projects out the door in order to sustain a specific revenue each month that go to the CEO and their families. Overall, everyone should boycott the pharma industry and the ad agencies that support it. Pharma does more damage than good and makes enormous profits off the sick. Let's find a more natural reasonable approach to health and help patients be at peace.

    Advice to Management

    Look past the dollar

    Pros

run like a company that knows how good companies run
tangible commitment to people: yearly reviews, yearly salary increases, bonus pool for everyone, not just the upper management, mentorship program, open workspace, proudly diverse.
    truly digital, smart and creative.

    Cons

growing pains of a small company that became a big company and is still growing fast. keeping up with staffing demands.

    Advice to Management

keep channels of communication open and direct. keep doing what you're doing. stay focused on what you really want Evoke to be.

I worked at Evoke Health full-time

    Pros

A great company to work for. I really felt that the company genuinely cared for my professional growth and development during my time here. The employees and employee culture is amazing, so much so that I looked forward to going in to work. Through their benefits and staff events, EH really shows how much they appreciate their employees.

    Cons

I don't have any cons at this time.

I worked at Evoke Health (More than a year)

    Cons

Repetitive work. A lot of old school print people.

    Advice to Management

    Pros

OK to manage your own time, nice office location.

    Cons

Didn't have enough work to keep me busy, and so I only billed for short work days (as a contractor)...Although I asked for more work, and tried to learn about their clients while waiting, they said I was "too slow"...More likely because I suggested changes to copy that was grammatically incorrect, but couldn't be changed because it was "written in stone"

    Advice to Management

    What's your secret?
