-Work-life balanced mid size company that offers a lot for people starting off their corporate careers. -Mostly good people that enjoy and are very skilled at what they do. -Management offers creative freedom and trust when it comes to design, which sometimes is hard to come by. -CEO is always committed and strives to make the company grow. -An open-door-policy HR that listens to your concerns. -Free coffee and snacks.
-Projects sometimes come in last minute leaving very little room for refinement for optimal resultContinue reading

worst upper management, eh free snack and coffee? then again most companies provide freebies.
Worst management, save yourself some time do not apply for the company. Unless you would like to find for yourself.

They have one of those cute Nespresso machines.
Terrible place to work. You know you've landed a bad position when the first day on the job one "teammate" is telling you what a snitch the other girl on the team is, and there's only 3 of you in the whole department. This department is like an old lady gossiping sewing circle, they literally spend 60% of their time talking crap and blaming others. NO TRAINING! They blaze through "training" in one week, on handling 50+ accounts, rushing and not giving you time to take notes and expect you to be able to handle everything on your own by the 2nd week, and give you major attitude if you still have questions. And this is all while claiming to be "flexible" and a "family oriented" company. And get used to managers screaming in Mandarin in the background while your trying to work, like a bad 80s Kung Fu movie. What a joke of company.Continue reading

Constant company growth, always new areas to learn, management rewards motivated/hard working employees with promotions and increased compensation continually, very friendly/casual working environment, extremely talented hard-working co-workers really form a true team environment
The fast growth of the company does have growing pains for sure, including constant change (including processes & people). This is not a good environment for people who want to come to work at 8:01 and leave at 4:59 - there is always lots to do & not enough time to do it. But for the right personality/career focused mind-set, there is a great opportunity to be challenged - succeed - and be rewarded.

A lot of company politics, apply only if you are starting out or need the experience to put on your resume.RecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness Outlook
Casual dress code, nice Christmas party, semi-flexible hours. If you stay long enough, you might get promoted because of the turn around rate in the company.
Very unorganized, departments defending their own turf, a lot of last minute rush projects. The turn around rate in the company is easily 15% to 20%. In my department of 10 full time positions, 8 people have cycled through the positions in the 2 years that I have been there. In another department of 4 full time positions, 4 people have cycled through the positions in the same 2 years. Make sure you get paid hourly, otherwise you will be encouraged to volunteer your time to complete those last minute rush projects.Continue reading

I would never recommend this place to anyone.
I have never felt such relief to not work in such a toxic environment surrounded by negative, petty and low level thinkers. There was a revolving door of people constantly quitting or being "laid off" only to find those same jobs posted a short time later. They purposely create a hostile work environment where people "tattle" on each other about absolutely nothing of substance and their superiors encourage that sort of behavior. Not only were the managers unprofessional the entire set up of the office environment was also depressing. Let's not mention the ridiculous hours they expect you to work, they would be happy if you worked for them non-stop period. I have heard so many horror stories from others as well. The only people who continue working for them are the ones who are unable to find a better job due to lack of skills or those who are not smart enough to realize what an awful work environment it is. Please do yourself a favor and bypass this place!!! Mark my words because I guarantee you within a few days you will want to quit.

Management is willing to train you from A to Z. Great starter for entry level accountants. I learned so much on the job from easy tasks (data entry) to financial/budget analysis, amortization, accruals, prepaids. Great environment to work, everyone in my department is very team-oriented, no backstabbing, no politics. Great benefits, my boss is very easy to allow me to go on vacation for weeks.
Doesn't offer highly competitive pay.Continue reading

Management was horrendous before the layoff. No one worked with each other and it was so disorganized. However... Things are looking more positive. Cross Functional teamwork has greatly improved and the dynamic feels more united. The company has implemented employee programs which have been a huge hit (Company outing to Angel's game, Birthday Board, etc.) Coworkers are AMAZING and morale has skyrocketed. Looking forward to future endeavors because they are looking bright.
This isn't your typical clock-in-clock-out type of company. Be prepared to work but also be prepared to grow and learn exponentially.Continue reading

Evriholder has been through some good and bad periods, but things are really on the upswing now despite some layoffs late last year. The company is putting new processes in place to ensure quick to market supply chain. The moral has completely changed and people are enjoying coming to work every day.
Hard to think of a con right now, but be prepared to work hard and give ideas on how business can be improved. Everyone is making a difference right now!

I work with a great and hardworking team who are dedicated and passionate about their work.
Advice to those with negative reviews- if you don't love what you do, then this is not the place for you.
