Great Mission and People but starting to Fizzle

    May 25, 2022 - Sales Representative

    Pros

The product is amazing and right now there are no competitors for it. The training team does a great job getting everyone up to speed and adapting to work environment. Company also gives out stock units the more years you're with the company. People who work there really care about the mission.

    Cons

Culture has really taken a hit. Culture was fantastic and now it just feels more corporate. They did a whole restructure of the sales team this year and it's been a mess. They ended up laying off over 100 reps because they hired too many people at the end of 2021. There's a feeling there may be more coming. Other companies are coming up with approved blood based tests and Exact might be falling behind. Stock is down over $100 in just the last year. Becoming more and more metrics driven. Starting to become micro managed as a result.
