    Pros

Stocked break room with as much as you like coffee, tea, and hot chocolate.

Meet a few great people who I will keep as friends for life.

    Cons

Micromanaging is common practice. They don't pay you what your skill set is worth and employees in jobs that require little to no skill will get paid well above your pay rate. If you "complain" or ask something then instead of answering you directly you get an office wide email. Upper management sucks especially a certain male VP....he says the rudest most chauvinistic things to female employees of color but those who are white are joked with and a clear rapport is seen. If you accur an injury on the job i.e back complaints from sitting ALL DAY it's ignored. An employee ran her travel cart into a copy machine that was already damged and was told she had to pay for a entirely new machine. If you know your worth and want to keep your sanity. Stay away

    Advice to Management

Pay your employess what they are worth.
Don't pit employees against one another because while the animosity and tension is here in New Jersey...HR in Atlanta is stirring pots they know nothing about.
Get some sort of air filtering system in...we basically sit on top of one another and when one person is sick it exposes others to illness.....gross.

    Pros

None....this company has to be of the worst company out there. Run away

    Cons

Unless you're in the click, they treat you like a child. They Micromanage everyone. You like a little robot. The turnover is unbelievable. The rules only apply to the people not in the little click. And the rules are stupid.

    Advice to Management

Go to classes to learn how to treat people.

I worked at ExamWorks full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Not a single positive for this company. I would have given zero stars but that was not an option. Dreadful work environment.

    Cons

I would give zero stars but that wasn't an option. The entire office is mostly temps, who have great potential but aren't given the proper training. Employees are Overworked & underpaid, high stress environment, managers expectations are highly unreasonable, they do not appreciate their employees WHAT SO EVER. No talking to co
Workers, no cell phones period. People have to go to the Bathroom just to respond to a text, It's like being back in elementary school. If you don't make yourself crazy to get the work done you'll be ridiculed. If you don't do overtime you'll be ridiculed. Managers will act super sweet to your face but then be shady and deceiving behind your back. Everyone is miserable here (never met one person who could say they actually liked their job) the turnover is insane, new person in the office every week. 30 min lunch, no other breaks, no bonuses, couple of pennies is considered an annual raise. Disgrace of a company.

    Advice to Management

If you kept employees happy temps wouldn't be needed every week to fill vacancies.

Treat employees like adults not 5 year olds or prisoners.

Incentives and rewards boost employee productivity; It's not rocket science.

    I worked at ExamWorks full-time

    Pros

Exam works is a good company to work for. The work is pretty simple and the office is pretty small. Easy to catch on.

    Cons

It can get a little boring. I didn't feel challenged enough; I felt as if it wasn't somewhere I would build a career.

    Advice to Management

Listen to employees feedback. Be consistent in the work procedures and stop changing things every other day. Lastly, the office manager shouldn't be doing the work of the CSRs.
