There are so many wonderful things about working for the company. My favorite is probably the flexibility I have with my hours. I also love the company culture and enjoy working with everyone.

Service agreement (because of that you can be fired at any time in 1 day. There is no safety at all) Large staff turnover (there are few employees who work for a long time) The new head of sales representing the Moscow team lies, humiliates employees, and behaves unprofessionally. Since his assignment, 3 people have left the team Incomprehensible system of promotion in salary and career growth.

Great team , internal proccesses and reporting, hybrid working, ATP easy to use. Crossknowledge and confluence usable for any question. Support and help desk response time . Senior collagues friendly and prepared to help.
