    Pros

    Nothing. Only good for Freshers.

    Cons

Those who are in good eyes of manager and willing to agree whatever they say, can survive. Butter will work 100% to get onsite.

Hard working person fails to express themselves, they won't get anything except awards. Also, some loyal employees who are working more than 7 to 10 years, will not let anyone to grow.

    Advice to Management

Company has lost many talented people. Try to find out the right talent.

I have been working at ExcelaCom Technologies full-time

    Pros

Excelacom is the right place for freshers where they can hone their skills extensively. The entire journey would be like learning from mistakes. At the end if the day you will be a lot better than all your peers working in other Top Companies. But when it comes to experienced candidates, I think they should give a second thought as you don't have much to explore because of the limited infrastructure.

    Cons

    1. They always forget that employee is the biggest asset of any organization and they deserve to be treated well.
    2. Not much Onshore opportunities.
    3. Company is very partial towards its employees.
    4. Roles and Responsibilities have to be well defined.
    5. Doesn't have much of tools compared to its peers so learning is much limited (for experienced)
    6. They involve a lot into employees' personal life
    7. 0% work life balance. Employees work even in the weekends for more than 15 hours a day.
    8. And people here are so narrow minded and its seriously bad

    Advice to Management

I think the management should treat their employees well, rewards and recognition system is so weak and that's why you have high attrition. Please don't be partial towards employees and improve the infrastructure of the company in terms of hardware and tools. Please spend some money on all this. Finally show some money to "all" employees. Give some personal space to employees. Don't dig into their personal life. And please understand that every employee has a family and he cannot sit at office all 24*7.

I have been working at ExcelaCom Technologies full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Freshers are given more importance than seniors. A Specific HR member manufacturers resource issues and ask his disciples to create fake "positive reviews" here (lol). ATM machine inside office. Quarterly outing & lunch sponsored by company. New rules everyday without prior notice

    Cons

Internal politics which ruins work culture. Too much peeping into employees personal life by mid management and HR. Afraid to use rest rooms in 1st floor due to Fire gushing FC. Policies are born and killed everyday. Very few managers & leads are talented rest are there to butter seniors to earn their bread & butter. Do not get enough help when asked for same to lead, due to which stay back

    Advice to Management

Please consider employees as human & respect them for their work. No body can take an environment which runs on dictatorship. And kindly give equal importance to seniors, juniors and genders
