Pros
Manager is there for you if you need them. Some big name placement locations.
Cons
It's a contract job. Although the people I work with are nice to me, the contracting company treats contractors like second class citizens. It's humorous that a company so big on diversity, equity, and inclusion does nothing for the equity and inclusion of their contractors. Pay is very low for the cost of living at this location.

Pros
NOTHING. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE.
Cons
Absolutely, the worst agency to work for. No clear expectations, process, protocols. Majority of the in house agency employees don't know what they are doing. Sloppy work, laziness, unethical ways to respond back to their own employees. Fraudulent errors when it comes to payroll. will deposit extra paychecks then ask for them back months later. No benefits or compensation. All excuses. Will deduct from your set hourly to 'provide' PTO and sick pay. NO PROFESSIONALISM. Email or Phone response rates are beyond slow. They take 3-5 days to respond back to a simple email.

Pros
Quick to find a placement during in times of good economy.
Cons
Zero to no communication/feedback from the resource manager. No performance review which is a hindrance in future job hunts. Excell changes the rates and contract at their will but we are not allowed to make any modifications to the contract. Has a 180 days non-compete clause which puts you out for jobs for 6 months if Excell cannot find a placement for you. Very low pay rate compared to other contract agencies - they take a huge chunk of your pay. No empathy for employees and made me feel like I am entirely disposable. There is absolutely no communication after you sign on the dotted line. If you have any questions about your benefits or work-related issues, you get a cursory email that does not even answer your questions. I strongly advise people against working for this company.

Pros
you get a pay check
Cons
You will be under paid, under appreciated, and you will over pay for benefits. A point of reference, the 2022 benefits package paperwork was sent out recently and many of us received the paperwork of what a CompuCom direct hire would be paying as well as what we as Excell employees are paying. Every single health option we had (we had two fewer options than CompuCom) has us paying at least double for the exact same health coverage. At best you get lip service from management but nothing ever changes for the better, but we have seen things get worse

People I work with are good people overall Team lead is awesome
Cons
The fact that benefits such as sick days, holiday pay reduce your compensation if you want them

Normal business working hours. Weekends off. Hour long lunch. Helps get your foot in the door to other tech jobs in the area.
Cons
Terrible pay. Horrible benefits. Bad management. No support from anyone higher in the company. No Raises. Cut in pay should you choose to add benefits (including Holiday and PTO).

They provide plenty of administrative support for HR-related issues. A large library of CBT.
Cons
Growth, advancement, and pay increases are not part of the discussion. Excell will not proactively offer these items.

One of the better outsourcers to work for

This one of a few contractors that still offer benefits, like healthcare and vacation time and paid holidays.
Cons
Overall, as with any contractor, there is some pressure to conform with client requirements. There is also limited potential for pay raises.
- Current Employee★★★★★
One of the better contracting agencies

The contract hourly pay is not that great. Other companies are paying higher rates.
