Great pay, very fast paced environment. You will learn a lot .

Micro management, supervised by a huge team of middle management, was helped by other housekeeper to do admin and computer work, believe they were fired after I left. You must work solo, no team communication or cooperation. Health & safety not taken seriously, lots of outdoor work in full sunshine.

Benefits. Paid lunch. It’s busy and interesting. I was given thought out manuals with step-by-step instructions on my first day training. You won’t get bored, and there is a lot of room for growth. If you like the private residence work environment it is amazing.

High turnover, bullying is rife , hidden by NDA

High pay rates for a very stressful job.
Cons
Horrible work environment, constant harassment and bullying, high turnover of staff, short staffed, no 401k, rubbish health benefits after 3 months, no dental, no job security, start as a property manager, you can end up mowing the lawns or washing the trash cans. Any questioning of policy or challenge to middle management will result in retaliation, most people get out quick. As soon as you start, they advertise your job on Indeed.com. Poor holiday allowance, you cannot combine Christmas holidays with annual leave, leave must be approved 45 days in advance, and they will want to know your personal details, where are you going, with whom, and why, displayed on a public database . Not allowed speak with co workers, constantly monitored on camera by people who have something to hide.

In the end, I was able to grow in various roles, and help the clients enjoy their day as a chef, housekeeper or property manager. In return, the company takes good care of me. Compensation and benefit is high compared to the market.
