I worked at Excellus BlueCross BlueShield as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Everybody there was really nice and knowledgeable. It was my first internship and my team welcomed me with open arms. The Court Street building is also large and beautiful.

    Cons

Many of my co-workers had agreed that the company was very reactive as opposed to being proactive in the marketplace. Also, not that it's necessarily a con, but most of the workforce during my time was older, like upper 40's and up. There wasn't a huge embrace of technology which could be a result of having an aged employee base.
