I worked at ExecuPharm full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    There are no pros really

    Cons

Managers and directors who have no idea what they are doing, no one is ever at their desk (I really wonder what everyone here does all day), least professional environment I have ever worked in.

I worked at ExecuPharm full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Good work life balance
Generous time off and affordable health benefits plan and also has a 401K plan
Excellent management who are very pleasant to work with
    Friendly casual environment
    Generous work from home opportunities

    Cons

I really don't have anything negative to say about this company. I really enjoyed working for them and it was overall a very good experience.

    Advice to Management

If I had to make any suggestions to management I would say that providing more opportunities for promotion within the company would help reduce the employee turnover.

    Pros

Company offers salary within median to competitive range.

    Cons

They pay over a month after start, their recruiters especially Ms. Ghanenes is rude and incompetent screwed up several opportunities with her attitude. Also every position I worked with them on with a sponsor ended within 6 months of hire. Worked with them 3x and every position was short. Never worked with a company that didn't know how to project work for their projects. Beware this company has been around for a while but they are not about putting their experts first.

    Pros

EP positions are work from home, flexible, with a competitive salary (thought actual dollar amount depends on the sponsor you are assigned to).

    Cons

EP does not give annual raises (I have not had one in over 6 years) or increase PTO without some begging. Does not value employees.

    Advice to Management

Show your colleagues that you appreciate them. Provide incentives for staying. Give annual raises and/or increase PTO. Allow colleagues to switch to other sponsors when they are unhappy.

    I worked at ExecuPharm full-time

    Pros

Salary is competitive. Adequate downtime to train on the systems prior to onboarding to your new role. Nice HR group that appears interested in the employee.

    Cons

Beware of what you sign on for. The recruitment team isn't clinically savvy. Your credentials and experience might get you in a sound position, but once you are on board, you may find yourself doing a job that you did 15 years ago and you cannot speak up if you desire to be challenged to your competency.

    Advice to Management

The company is funded by big pharma clients; hence it doesn't matter how good of a job you do, ExecuPharm will not support you. Managers need to either be true to their hires and stop relying on the clients expectations, which may indeed be unrealistic and wrong. Any honest feedback may cost you your job. Let industry professionals speak up and without fear of repercussion.

    Pros

    Competitive salary, reliable pay system.

    Cons

Absolutely the most incompetent group of managers I've worked with in my career.

    Advice to Management

If you want to retain professional employees, invest in professional managers. PS - google the background of your 401K provider before saddling your employees with it.

Great Environment and transparency of ideas from executive Management down to all members of the clinical teams. Very support staff and mentorship throughout the organization. Everyone is willing to answer a question and they leave all attitudes out of the work place.

    Cons

No cons that I can think of at all as this company truly values its employees and has a great work life balance.

    Advice to Management

No advice other than keep up the great work of transparency across the organization.
