The company is stable and is very good about safety. Wage increases come steadily for the first three years and are decent for the industry.
Industry is very competitive and company is very cost focused. Health benefits are sub par at best. Some pretty terrible managers.
Advice to Management
Know that constant management development isn't enough for some people to be good managers. Some people just don't have the personality for it.
