I worked at Exel full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Awesome work schedule. Wonderful hourly employees.

    Cons

Upper Management changed in 2015 for the worse. LOST almost half the work force over horrible new HR rules and regulations. Only hire temp hourly employees as of now. Cut out all extra employee benefits example employee safety dinners, all holiday meals except Thanksgiving.

    Advice to Management

Lay of the hourly employees, and stop firing people if they disagree with you. When you fire a supervisor for standing up for one of the hourly employees, something is not right.

    Pros

great work environment, staff works well together to ensure customer is well supported. team work really speaks volumes at this company.

    Advice to Management

by hiring more people, you'll have happier employees. With less on their plates they'll be able to give that 110%
