    Pros

    This company really wanted their employees to excel and succeed. The people were very friendly at the headquarters location and the CEO was very personable.

    Cons

    It was hard to stay connected to the site locations if you were located at the headquarters location in McLean, Virginia.

    Advice to Management

    The advice to management should be to continue to encourage people to excel and continue to care about the overall well being of each employee.

    Pros

    The people were great. Engineers, technicians, and lower-level mgmt. did a great job staying focused and organized.

    Cons

    Upper level managers and business development did not focus on the future of the company. They seemingly looked towards investors and not towards new product development.

    I was always busy and there were a lot of different projects to keep me actively involved.

    Flexible work hours and competitive pay

    Cons

    Employee morale could be better, and the amount of family members being hired seems to be abnormal.

    Reward those that work the OT that is requested and are able to work on multiple programs.

    Seemed to be growing

    Cons

    The team I worked for went too "lean." There was no redundancy if someone was sick or on vacation, which meant production was barely keeping up or constantly behind.
