    Pros

strong sense of community. small firm, very close knit family. good sense of belonging. premium clients, just not enough of them.

    Cons

business development challenging for smaller firm. inexperienced relationship managers. while delivery always got good marks, not often did they translate into new business.

    Advice to Management

too late now that its been acquired, but leverage culture of small knit family, create a unique consulting footprint. current model is too similar to other firms.

Recruiting team worked hard and thorough

    Cons

In ATL office, leadership was not reliable and had favorites, salary terrible

    Advice to Management

overlooked smart newer talent for the "old school" club. The 2nd in charge lady only had "power" as she ran the big local client howeve terrible people skills.

    Pros

Small size with local client work opportunitities. Team members are very smart and have strong consulting backgrounds.

    Cons

The Atlanta Satellite office structure lacks office managment discipline and a lot of things fall through the cracks. It is very hard to get the attention of the office Vice President since he his a bit disorganized.

    Advice to Management

Hire an office manager for the Atlanta practice or take a look at reorganizing the office management structure.
