    Pros

    Directors are very forward looking and energetic, They have perfect blend of risk taking and knowing their strong points.

    Cons

    Work culture is not good. Particularly Manufacturing side. Still Needs a lot of improvement in standardizing techniques

    Advice to Management

    It is going to be a uphill battle to change workers attitude over night but have to still strive for it at all costs.

    Have some level of control over your site or line
    Get to decide which production target you want to achieve depending on present conditions
    Get to understand manpower management practices

    Cons

    Limited growth opportunities
    Old fashioned management are not that open to new ideas, may well end up questioning the necessity for any improvement even if its obvious
    Plant conditions aren't exactly good

    Try to bring in new ideas and implement them more often

    Pros

    Supervisors are very helpful. They guided me very well and helped me to acquire knowledge in recruitment field. Overall good experience.

    Cons

    Limited number of employees in human resource department. They made me wait for too long.

    Increase number of personnel.
    Keep a provision for paid internship.

    Location Flexibility( most of their plants are near metro cities)
    Work Life Balance
    good canteen and transportation facilities

    Cons

    No work life balance
    Less pay to mid-level management executives
    It's a red hazard industry, exposure to heavy metals(lead) is predominant

    Advice to Management

    Please make the compensation policy as per industry standards, make some technology investment to reduce employee's exposure to lead and other heavy metals used

    - You can connect with some good people who are struck in the company because there is not much opportunities after you join this company.
    -Can learn a lot regarding business and the related.
    -Good networking, meet new people almost everyday.
    -if you love travelling, you will like this job.

    No claim Amount will be given as per your expense statement.
    Lot of travelling.
    Out of 25 days you need to travel 20 days out of your base location.

    Low salary than expected.

    No proper systematic work process.

    -Strength your work culture. Build systems and invest in employees.

    -Poor Salary structure, no scope for growth
    Look after the work pressure on employees and travelling issues.
