I have been working at Exigo Office full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    •Great pay for experience
•Excellent health, dental, and vision benefits (for single employee, family plans get crazy expensive)
    •Free catered breakfast and lunch
    •Free snacks and energy drinks
    •Quarterly bonuses
•Unlimited Paid Time Off (And leaderships actually encourages you to use it!)
•Open communication across all channels, no one works in a silo
•Company outings and events like paintball, boat parties on a lake, and Tough Mudder runs
•Charitable initiatives that encourage employees to giveback to the community
•Amazing and competent leadership who foster creativity, communication, and actually empower employees. Management staff encourage the worker bees and speak to them like adults. You will feel valued here.

    Cons

The building is in an old part of Dallas and has a myriad of ongoing problems. Aside from that...what is there to dislike about Exigo? Nothing.

    Advice to Management

You have a good thing going here. As we continue to grow do not fall into the trappings that other companies do, where they decide to become "corporate" as they bring on more clients. Remember your roots and remember why your people love it here.

I have been working at Exigo Office full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

No Micromanagement-- that makes me bust my @$$ even MORE--and do it happily! Free catered breakfast and lunch EVERY DAY; Incredibly knowledgeable upper mgmt & employees alike; Provided with every kind of software program/equipment to be as efficient as possible--and, in turn, more successful. Honest company--to both their book of customer AND their employees; emphasis on home/work balance & care a LOT about their employees' happiness & fulfillment--this company is my "unicorn" :)

    Cons

There is not any traditional "training", so to speak-- so you consider it on the job training and figure it out. That makes some people anxious, but it's not even a "con"-- everyone from the CEO/COO/President, to Managers, to HR, and tenured employees are INCREDIBLY helpful

    Advice to Management

keep it up, this is the best office environment I've ever seen!

I worked at Exigo Office full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Really a great work environment. I enjoyed working with the people at exigo. You are given a lot of responsibility while you work here, but everyone is willing to help if you need it. The company also is great about the work-life balance, they give you unlimited PTO and tend not to micromanage your time. I can say that I was fortunate to work here.

    Cons

There seemed to be a high turnover rate while I was there. If you had been there over 2 years you were definitely one of the senior people in the office.

I have been working at Exigo Office full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Free job training, laid back environment, quarterly parties, free lunch, quick response by internal staff to problems.

    Cons

Low pay for the industry, Middle management power trips, to laid back, alcohol does not belong in the work place !

    Advice to Management

The upper level management is great, pay more attention to those directly under you. I bet you will see their not as great and productive as they make themselves out to be.

I have been working at Exigo Office full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Exigo is a collaborative environment. There is little to no finger-pointing which lends itself to cohesion among teams. The top-notch Management expects no more than they are willing to do themselves; in other words, they walk their talk. It is both energizing and inspiring to work here.

    Cons

We are in tight quarters which is actually a pro and a con. It makes collaboration easier; however, if you are one to want a lot of space, our work environment is not for you.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing. Make time to let us know the company goals and direction so we can make sure we are moving that way. Good job! It's an honor to work with all of you.

I have been working at Exigo Office full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    A growing company
You learn a lot from peers
You get to be very creative
They try to be flexible with you
Free breakfast and lunch while it lasts, plus the Friday sweets.
Gym on site & lots of little benefits that you can discover on your way.

    Cons

The money, they pay very less, like really less to juniors.
It's sad but true that developers here would benefit from a $15/hr national minimum wage.
There are a couple of other cons, but stating those would just shift focus from this main one.

    Advice to Management

Pay better, you're way below Dallas average. (~33%)
