    I have been working at Exilesoft full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    The flat heirarchy makes it easy to communicate with managers. Also, there are many senior people to talk to when in need of help. Easy going colleagues and fun events also make it better.

    Cons

    No proper performance reviews. This results in less reward to those who do more work than just their project work.

    Advice to Management

    Please consider a good performance review and also a better increment plan

    Pros

    New technologies are introduced as soon as they introduced in the industry. A lot of opportunities to improve skills. Plenty of freedom to in the work environment.

    Cons

    All were good. Nothing to be mentioned.

    Equal opportunities for all the employees

    Pros

    Working time and environment is good. Current co-workers are relay friendly and comparative. Management side are very disappointing.

    Cons

    1. Poor Management
    2. Poor Communication with Top management to bottom
    3. Worst review system and you only get promoted or get increments if you threaten to leave the company.
    4. Not valuing hard working people.
    5. Not trusting people.

    Advice to Management

    Value and trust your people, so that they will value you too. Communicate with them correct way. Learn how to manage people by gaining their trust.
