    Bright & ambitious people, good projects, mutual respect

    Cons

    Employee portion of Insurance premium has been increasing for same benefits...not sure if it is across the Industry or no.

    Advice to Management

    I have been on same project for last 4.5 years and feel staagnated sometime. Rotate the employees through projects every year.

    Nothing simply nothing , no pros at all.

    Cons

    I wonder!! who is writing all these good reviews?

    I have a long list of Cons-
    1. This company will screw up your work profile.
    2. Miss managed projects.
    3. Blood sucking company, long work hours, minimum pay.
    4. You need to pay from your pocket for official expenses.
    5. Salary is always delayed.
    6. Increments are always delayed by months.
    7. They have a policy of bond so you cannot leave before it.
    8. You are expected to work during weekends without any extra benefit.
    9. No appreciattion no motivation.
    10. No corporate ethics at all.
    11. They give fake promises,but nothing worked as per they said salary, appraisal, variable amount nothing .
    12. No corporate seminars and sessions are conducted for your improvemnt.
    13. No vision , no mission.
    14. At times, no water in washrooms.

    Don't waste your time and career with this company otherwise you will regret .
    You will be working with outdated technologies, your skills will be degraded,they dont use even Project management tool.
    You will be given any task, at times software developers do data enteries there.
    Forget about all employees, management dont even care about dedicated employees those who are overtiming or even working on saturdays and sundays.
    You have to go to management and ask everytime for your salaries and your other amounts.
     Team leads have no proper communication etiquette,
    in work pressure they will talk to you rudely as if you are a slave.
    I will say this job was an eye-opening experience and made me appreciate my other job .

    There is no point in offering any advice as nothing will change.

    Pros

    In a simple and best words, it is a good company for freshers only, though, they forced a fresher to sign a bond of 2+ years. If this is kept a side, then for learning and ownership perspective, fresher can get more exposure in these.

    It is not a platform to explore new technologies but I would say you will get a complete knowledge of developing a software which is enough to overcome this clause to learn new techs. This is because, now a days many platforms are available to learn new tech's and also, they are easily affordable too.

    I would say, technologies can be learn by our own, but to have a experience of developing a full fledged software under some guidance is only present in small organizations.

    Senior employees really help you to polish your skills.

    Cons

    Other than a single pro I have mentioned above, all others are cons. I would not mention each and every one, however, I would help you in some important cons which would help you to decide whether to join this or not

    1. Poor management
    2. Poor Accounts Department
    3. Salary is not coming on time
    4. If weekends are working, then dont expect any combo off or allowance from accounts department
    5. No work life balance
    6. No good appraisals
    7. Appraisals are supposed to be done in March but till now it has not been done in same month, in-spite of March It will be done in July-August (with regular mails of unforeseen circumstances)
    8. If you are in notice period, then company's behavior for you would be changed even when you are part of this organization from last couple of years
    9. Don't know why accounts department refused to give Form-16 to each and every employee (their reason of not giving the Form-16 is nonsense)
    10. Anytime, they can threaten their staff to sign a bond, and if they would deny to sign then they ask them to leave a job without any prior notification

    Advice to Management

    There are many (please look into the cons). Still, I would like to mention a few

    1. Dont treat your employees as students, it is a company not a school
    2. If we believe in Right to Speak, then why it is not applicable in this organization
    3. Stop threatening your employees
    2. Accounts department needs to be improved and ****highly skilled **** (Form-16 is important for those also who are not eligible to pay income tax but are eligible to sign ITR)

    Three words to accounts department *****Please grow up*****

    I have been working at Expedien full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    The company was going through a rough phase since past 1 year and there were a lot of commitments made by the Management which failed, but after a long time we are finally getting what was due. The work environment is quite friendly as the reporting managers are very cooperative and treat their juniors like family. Hope that this phase of good luck continues.

    Cons

    The Management needs to look for other sources of expansion.

    Make things more systematic.

    Terms like pros is joke for Expedien. Every thing is fake and false commitment here.

    Cons

    No salary on time, Pending salary are raised upto more than 1 month, no medical reimbursement,
    No. P.F., dont worry about variables .you will never get it. Who can flatter can have good appraisal otherwise no work values. T.L. and manager are not technically strong enough. no standard. No work balance, You have to visit on client side on your convenience later you will not be reimbursed, Bad management

    Try to make grow the company

    After this company I don't think you can ever find a bad Company than this. So pretty much u don't have to worry about your career going any down than being in Expedien.
    Best part of expedien is one day you are going to leaving this Company.

    Cons

    ->Salary never on time
    -> Medical Bills don't get clear on time
    ->PF ( Company is not even clearing PF of employees )
    -> Frequently Changing Policies : The moment you will tell / Claim /Argue about your right according to Company policy. Management will tell you the policy is Changed. Without any prior Notice.
    ->CTC : The moment you get your first salary you will be shocked. They will definitely cut 25% of your salary on the basis of term like : Performance Variable ( which you are never going to get back more then 40-50%. Even 50% is also a myth ), Welfare and many stupid terms. Which are just clever ways of doing fraud with employees.
    Monthly Party: I don't have any idea why they call it even PARTY. Either the management have never seen any parties or they think employees are stupid.
    ->Travelling Allowance : Well there is Travelling allowance provided by company but your Travelling allowance bill will never get clear.

    Advice to Management

    YOU REALLY NEED TO DO SOME KIND OF MANAGEMENT COURSE FIRST. Every one in your company is either because of Bond or there CV getting a bad record of switching company frequently.

    Hmmm...i don't think company is having any positive outlook or environment.

    Cons

    No sales, no project, no salary on time, no management, a big cheat telling to everyone that they r US company bt no relation at all with US counter part. Only using the name and paying royalty fr the same. Egoist MD he thinks himself as a CEO of google even a a receptionist in google has more respect than him. . No vision and mission.

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what u r doing soon u will open a sweet shop.
