    Pros

Great Benefits, use to be free for employee and family.

    Cons

When an employee goes without a pay raise in more that 5 yrs.; there must be a problem....

    Advice to Management

"Pay raises are not tied to your performance review..." but the minute you ask for a raise, your performance review is the first thing that is used to deny your request!

    Can someone explain....

    Pros

    401(K)
health care ($500 deductible, $0 copay)

    Cons

probably one of the strictest company to work for. Dress code for men requires a tie. Until a couple of years ago pantyhose were required for women. PANTYHOSE.
There is red tape everywhere. You can't eat at your desk, you can't listen to music at your desk, you can't wear open toed shoes, etc.
Because they're so big on internal promotions, you'll only get ahead if you get favored by the senior level execs
Pay will be at the bottom 25th percentile of your market
