I worked at Expeditors full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

    Good benefits and no layoffs

    Cons

I am ashamed to be a part of the leadership at this company for 2 decades. My morals and values do not align with EI. I was a rare manager who cared about the team. The lies, corruption and discrimination was constant. Don't drink the kool-aid!!!

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Expeditors full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Decent pay, good benefits. Warehouse people were usually in better spirits than the office.

    Cons

Terrible office environment with poor management. Everyone was looking out for themselves and no one was willing to teach , asking questions was difficult. I became very depressed and soulless in this position. Everyday dragged and coming to work was increasingly difficult and joyless. Lots of long hours, people were encouraged to stay long.
