I worked at Experian full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Experian has a good culture for work/life balance. They do try to make the facilities adequate to make a good work environment.

    Advice to Management

Create an internal structure where problems can be identified and addressed. Stop focusing on change for the sake of change but to actually improve shortcomings.
