    Pros

    Great benefits, not pressure, casual dressing and easy going environment. If you need a personal date no problem, they will understand or if you decide to work from home.

    Cons

    To small unit, not space to grow up in addition to there are three bosses reporting to different Division on HQ, so there is not sync

    Awesome FTO, 40 hours of sick time GREAT medical benefits.

    you have to work one weekend day every weekend.

    Great benefits with the great people to work with. From top management to the team members, everyone is very friendly and helpful. No micromanagement and turn over rate is very low. A lot of long time happy employees. People share their knowledge and work hard. The business is great.

    Pros

    * Very flexible work Environment
    * Decent benefits and perks (European based company, hence more vacation than normal and 401K matching with immediate vesting)
    * Many people with +5 yrs of service (in this day and age that says a lot)

    Cons

    * Middle management needs fresh ideas
    * Healthcare on the "pricey" side
    * Work experience varies based on who you report to (inconsistent)

    * Improve training guidelines
    * Promote a 360 degree feedback policy
    * Improve employee morale

    Supportive environment for the most part, awesome insurance and benefits!

    Cons

    Due to security concerns, many rules and restrictions are in place, but they are not too bad once you adjust to them.
