    Pros

    - Solid Benefits
    - Excellent compensation
    - Differentiates with Solutions

    Cons

    - Metrics
    - Micromanagement
    - High Attrition

    Advice to Management

Solution selling differentiates and raises the value proposition. It's longer term selling though creates a greater partnership. Expand on it and train/hire solution oriented people. Enable your tenured folks to run their business and don't micromanage them.

    I worked at Experis full-time

    Pros

This has no pros, only cons

    Cons

I had been recruited for IBM through this consultant. I was aked to relocate to Pune. after a few months in Pune location, I was again asked to Relocate to Kolkata. At this moment I could not accept this as my family didint want me to go that far from bangalore. So i was forced to either take up this offer or resign. I had to resign with no heart. Later some other faculty called me up and asked me to wait as they would assign me to someother project. They made me to waste 3 months and in the last moment they failed to assign me into any project. Now they are refusing to provide me atleast provide the relieve letter which I need very badly to join into someother company. The faculties here are very rude, they dont know the corporate behavior,They ill treat girls. This organization must be boycotted out o India.

    Advice to Management

Do not play with someone's career and life

I worked at Experis full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Brand through Manpower (surprised by the number of people not familiar with Experis)

    Cons

Changes that occurred at the end of 2015 messed up the entire company. CEO has changed the company model and ran out the tenured, most successful employees. Taking money from employees and putting more in the company... when they left, branches made poor hiring decisions on the sales side which resulted in bad VMS business only.

No worklife balance. They say they're flexible but frown upon you if you have to leave early. Hello... its 2017, let your successful employees have flex time

Too focused on metrics instead of results. Quantity of quality

    Advice to Management

Hire seasoned sales team members that will go out and get knew business instead of farming VMS accounts

I worked at Experis full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Experis has a strong reputation with many clients. ManpowerGroup provides infrastructure that few companies have. Experis can work globally-- few firms truly can.

    Cons

morale is low. high performers are leaving. too much change and very little buy-in

    Advice to Management

Slow down. You are breaking the company apart. Look at your financial results. You thought that everyone was over paid... do you still believe that?! Take care of your people!

    Pros

    Learned a lot, decent pay

    Cons

Micromanaged...too focused on metrics instead of valuing employees and their ideas. Very secretive in what's going on with the company and lied to 30+ people saying we were fired because of numbers but in reality they focus on quantity instead of quality with clients. They don't build relationships with clients rather they just shove anyone in hoping to get a submittal for the day to reach numbers.

    Advice to Management

Value your employees more and be HONEST. Have a better training system instead of a week of a bunch of things and throw on the call floor hoping we catch on knowing exactly what to do.
