    Pay was decent at the time
    Flexible schedule
    Social and friendly environment

    Cons

    Management was atrocious, didn't take you seriously at and were extremely unprofessional.
    Several employees were terminated because they didn't meet unrealistic metrics.
    Payroll constantly messed up the checks and bonuses.
    Overall high school environment because of the lack of professionalism.
    The majority of people working there are on drugs, including management.

    Advice to Management

    Set ground rules and don't bend them for favorites.
    Be fair and professional unlike the majority of management.
    Be honest with your employees.
    Stop letting managers and supervisors get away with everything.
    Take care of the drug problem.

    EGS is constantly changing, growing through M&A which generates content new challenges. Lots for very high skilled expertise in the company. Learning every day.

    Lots of work with reduce personnel..

    Pros

    Work on your own assigned clients/ patients. Rewarding helping people obtain needed medical assistance. Pay was good, managers in office where excellent. Great work life balance.

    Cons

    Benefits were poor, executives in corporate did not seem to care about the little people. Poor, if ever hourly raises. Lots of stress.

    Advice to Management

    Our office was closed, a big company like EGS and they could not find employment for 20 loyal associates. My advice to them is you messed up you should have utilized those employees.

    Pros

    Overtime options, decent pay for what it is

    Cons

    Constant changes to policy, which could affect your pay, they never get your pay correct. I lost out on about $500 in unpaid bonuses that I worked hard for. Numerous other bad experiences. Don't waste your time here

    They don't care about you, you are just a body in a seat.

    Pros

    When I got sick, they worked with me and sent me home. Easy and relaxed. Management helped in any way they could.

    Cons

    I didnt really have any complaints
