    EGS is constantly changing, growing through M&A which generates content new challenges. Lots for very high skilled expertise in the company. Learning every day.

    Lots of work with reduce personnel..

    Pros

    Work on your own assigned clients/ patients. Rewarding helping people obtain needed medical assistance. Pay was good, managers in office where excellent. Great work life balance.

    Cons

    Benefits were poor, executives in corporate did not seem to care about the little people. Poor, if ever hourly raises. Lots of stress.

    Advice to Management

    Our office was closed, a big company like EGS and they could not find employment for 20 loyal associates. My advice to them is you messed up you should have utilized those employees.

    Pros

    Overtime options, decent pay for what it is

    Cons

    Constant changes to policy, which could affect your pay, they never get your pay correct. I lost out on about $500 in unpaid bonuses that I worked hard for. Numerous other bad experiences. Don't waste your time here

    They don't care about you, you are just a body in a seat.

    When I got sick, they worked with me and sent me home. Easy and relaxed. Management helped in any way they could.

    If you have any issues outside of work, they will try to help you so that you can keep your job.

    Not good pay, barely any opportunities for advancement

    Advice to Management

    Pay tenure people fairly. Tenure employees should make more than new hires. New hires make more than the seasoned employees

    easy job, the people are really cool too, they care about you, and theres always something going on

    Cons

    far commute, the people you put up with on the phone can really suck sometimes, but ot comes with the job

    add more incentives. you would be surprised how much more can be done with incentives

    Pros

    Entry level work - they'll accept anyone as long as you don't have (much) of criminal background
    Fun (young) people
    Relaxed dress code
    Paid training

    Cons

    Extremely high turn around
    Promotions are given unfairly and often don't make sense
    Unforgiving sick time and PTO policies, no work life balance
    Management is untrustworthy and often unethical (ask employees to work off the clock, rampant drug use, etc)
    If you don't get promoted in the first 6 months or so, it's never happening. Promotions are awarded to "buddies" of managers, not people who work hard to meet the qualifications.
    Underpays staff - including management
    There are some crazy stories that have come out of here. The unprofessional environment is a breeding ground for drama.

    In the last five years, this company has changed its name at least three times. That's typically not a sign of success in a business.

    Advice to Management

    There are some good, hard working people in management that would be better off at other companies.
