Pros
Solid industry discounts, fun work environment, good opportunity for professional growth
Cons
Turbulent management, I hear it has been cleaned up.

Pros
Experticity is a great place to work with a lot of great people. Some of then perks include: large discounts on over 600 brands that we represent, unlimited PTO policy, Trax pass / parking, fast growing technology company, good atmosphere, and infrequent overtime. We also have regular company breakfasts and on / off site parties.
Cons
Fast growth comes with a variety of challenges with coordination and restructuring. However I'm sure we'll get there.

Great but still needs some work
Oct 28, 2014 - Professional Services in Salt Lake City, UTRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Unlimited time-off policy, culture, awesome co-workers, downtown SLC location, discounts on various brands you work with, and the other benefits are not bad.
Cons
Compensation, personal growth (depending on the department), mixed visions of the companies future between higher management.

Pros
This is a fun and creative workplace with great benefits, including unlimited paid time off and access to discounts on products from hundreds of brands. The people are great, and the office is beautiful. It's a fast-paced environment with a lot of change and plenty of excitement.
Cons
Opportunities to move up are limited. Management is often more inclined to hire from outside than to cultivate and promote internal talent.

Experticity is a fantastic employer!
Jun 29, 2016 - Client Success Manager in Salt Lake City, UTRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Experticity is moving fast and leading the way into influencer marketing. As the pioneers of this field, it is exciting to be a part of something new and big. The vision is clear and the leadership is open and transparent. Open PTO, stocked snack room, discounts to hundreds of brands, competitive 401(k) and health benefits, convenient downtown office, offices in Silicon Valley and Seattle, etc. The positives of working for Experticity go on and on.
Cons
Experticity operates very much as a start-up, which I find to be a positive. But if you require a rigid structure to your workday, job description and career path, you may want to look elsewhere.
Thank you for your review! This is great insight for candidates who look to be a part of the team. We are not a hand holding or micromanaging organization. We have a very creative atmosphere and look for employees to try new things to create growth and learn. We have an exciting future together!
