I have been working at Explorica full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Explorica is a great place to work for a young adult just starting out the work field. The company has a young hip atmosphere with lots of great people. The sales team is very competitive.

    Cons

The communication between departments is left to be desired. It has appeared to be this way for years and I do not see this getting any better.

I have been working at Explorica full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    - location - good health benefits - supportive HR

    Cons

    - people are miserable - it is a sad place to be, you can't move up and turnover is very high - senior management is totally disconnected, there is no clear leadership at the company, and the new president is a dork with little too no leadership credentials

I have been working at Explorica

    Pros

Location! Believing that you will get travel perks. Time Off.

    Cons

Don't believe a word they tell you. Turnover is extremely high, they are not supportive, they don't like new people, the Sales Manager won't look you in the eye, the create an image when you are interviewing but it's all for show. They keep trying to change how they do things but they simply can't.

I have been working at Explorica

    Pros

Free international trip each year if you can make it through the year. 21 days of paid time off...plus trip of up to 12 days.

    Cons

Little support, incompetent management, management staff has limited experience, There is a real boiler room mentality to the place and no one cares about reality as express by the customer, just that you are on the phone and pressure enough to get them to book a trip.
