    Pros

EXPO has a good benefits package for a startup.

    Cons

They like to give out mostly worthless shares of the company stock. The husband/wife team that runs the company brings their personal life into the office.

    Advice to Management

Find a management consultant to show you how a real company is run.

I worked at Expo Communications full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Unique industry and a leader in their niche market. Nice people.

    Cons

Many people worked long hours. 9-6 was a short day for me. Some people acted as if they didn't have anything to go home to. Not for me.

The tools they used were still developing so a lot of basic things were complicated. Perhaps things are more advanced now but it made things hard for me to do my job.

    Advice to Management

Encourage people to leave work at a normal hour and have lives outside of work. Update your products so people aren't living out of Excel documents.
