    Pros

Good atmosphere within th company. Company is constantly on the rise looking at new technology. Has potential to become huge

    Cons

Political. Unrealistic targets . Due to it being a privately held company there are a lot of shortcuts and unfair treatment of newer staff

    Advice to Management

    Adjust targets to improve motivation

I worked at Exponential-e full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Good core network only, has ability to leverage this to do better.

    Cons

Lack of delegation so single points of failure in people.

    Advice to Management

Delegate and trust people to deliver. Sales people are juniors at best in any other business and directors need to change to help the company evolve.

I worked at Exponential-e full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Lots of different technologies to work with, varied customer base, with some large organisations signing on

    Cons

No training plan as such, which puts a lot of pressure on learning on your own (mistakes), often you don't receive help with issues until the problem has been escalated to top management

I worked at Exponential-e full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Overall friendly culture, great benefits. The in house trainer is amazing so therefore not left to your own devices, help and support throughout both pre and post tests. Directors and CEO are thorough and professional

    Cons

Low level managers that are most recently recruited have no idea how to manage correctly. No regular 1-1's, cannot sell themselves as seen by their results so therefore cannot lead by example. Promise everything at the interview but do nothing other than drift along making the right noises to help get themselves promoted. The worst manager I have ever experienced I was shocked. Tasks given did not match your skill sets,...

    Advice to Management

Although your swamped with the bigger fish to fry keep an eye on what is going on below you as you lose good staff who are loyal and hungry to do well. Most sales people are looking for alternative employment
