I have been working at Exponential-e full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great uncapped pay plan with sales people being paid well in excess of OTE when successful. Improving culture with more motivated sales management replacing some individuals who were resisting positive change. Strong collaboration and Exec support for key deals Compensation aside from commission being developed Committed CEO and Management team Highly reference-able and almost exclusively happy client base

    Cons

Fast paced environment, not suited to those who want an easy ride Benefits aside from commission could be improved Some processes are painful and cause unnecessary cost

    Advice to Management

Look further at the overall benefits package but don't change the payplan. Keep faith in the positive changes and new ambitious individuals who are driving positive change Don't look back or doubt the strategy Keep focused on improving processes and reducing cost of failure in addition to the growth plan

    I worked at Exponential-e

    Pros

Has its own Business Training Academy Now has its own Management Training Programme Stays ahead of the competition with its Applied Innovation model Has built a career progression culture around Meritocracy

    Cons

Has too many processes which could be automated Should now take the success of their unique Cloud-Network model to expand internationally

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you have been doing for the last 13 years! You have built a great company driving new innovations year-on-year organically. None of your competitors can demonstrate this sustained pattern of growth

    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Exponential-e full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

You can make money if you keep your deals quiet. All the management want to do is take credit and tell the CEO it was all down to them.

    Cons

Very weak sales management and SD. Many of the teams run around with a lack of focus. Too much in fighting and people scrapping over leads. 90+ in sales chasing too little. A house of cards- good luck if you try it.

    Advice to Management

Get yourself some morals and learn how to treat people properly.
