People believe in the mandate of the organization (supporting Canadian exporters). Great benefits, work life balance. Full of smart people that work hard.
Cons
Obsession with newest trend (lean, management systems, etc) without understanding implications. Low turnover. Less than inspiring leadership in some areas. Reduced upward mobility if you don't have finance/insurance background.
Advice to Management
Force a little more turnover. Hold your leaders accountable
