    MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM IS A LIE...you literally start from the bottom to the top, no different than from the guy who only wants to be a hood tech Blocked off days which means you cant take any days off from November to the new year Work a 50 hour work week with only one day off other than Sunday

    Micro managing owner, always 3-4 people understaffed due to the owner & his wife's micro management and love of money.

    This review is based on a FRANCHISE store and not a corporate store. The corporate leaders should spend more time in franchise owned stores and require them to be properly staffed according to corporate standards.

    Advice to Management

    Hire more help for HR if you have not done it already. Visit or Call your Store Managers without your District Managers knowing more often to check in on them. Some Managers will be hesitant to release information like I just did because of possible retaliation. Make sure to tell the managers that it will remain anonymous. Maybe you will get some talking. Stop acquiring so many stores all at once and expecting them...
