    Pros

Pretty good benefits, most of your fellow employees are caring and striving for the same goal. Supervisors always available for help in being successful.

    Cons

Since merger upper management very busy climbing the corporate ladder and somehow real customer service was swept away.

There is no way I want to keep working here. Everyone is unhappy

    Pros

The only benefit is the 401k. Automated system to call out so you are not put on a guilt trip for family emergencies

    Cons

there are so many cons I don't know where to start. Higher management is a joke. They gossip non stop. They won't help you off they don't think it meets business needs. They tell you to have other people take care of your kids if they are sick/in the hospital. If not they threaten to fire you. Upper management picks on specific pcas and talks down to them and yells at them in the front of others. They make you feel embarrassed if you have issues outside of work.

You don't want to work there

    Pros

It's close to home, and they do allow you to flex your schedule for appointments

    Cons

They only care about making the Pharmacists happy. Upper management take the time to come on the floor and speak with and interact with the Pharmacists. They set out rate/hour unrealistically high to acheive and expect zero errors to be made, then berate you if you make errors or cannot acheive the high rate. The pay is low for your knowledge and they treat non pharmacist as 'monkeys' that are incapable of having any intelligence or knowledge at all, even though there are many non pharmacist employees degrees, licenses, and certifications.

    Pros

ESI understand that life doesn’t happen before 8am and after 5pm. Flexible hours, work from home and amazing people are just a few awesome reasons to work here.

    Cons

I wish there were more woman in IT and upper management but that’s just IT in general.

Some employees are resistant to change, inner politics. Favoritism. Blinders.
