    Pros

Good Benefits and Most Coworkers are Pleasant

    Cons

MICROMANAGED!!, Company Does Not Value Employees and Despises Employees with Disabilities, Tenure Means Nothing Despite the Ridiculously High Turnover, Low Morale, No Work-Life Balance, HR is useless, Employees are Expected to Worship the Company with Nothing in Return, Company is Reactive Instead of Proactive (they wait until a disaster happens to do anything about it because they don’t want to spend any... unnecessary money to possibly prevent issues, and also in part because no one really knows what’s actually going on at any given time), There Are Too Many People Without Experience (that don’t know how things work) Trying to Run the Business (without any input from employees that actually do the jobs), The Company Claims to Care About Patients and Clients, But It’s Really Just About Numbers and Profits, Senior Management is Clueless and Don’t Care How Horribly Current and Former Employees are/were Treated, As Long as They Get to Put Hundreds of Thousands of Dollars in Their Pockets Every Year, and Despite Being a Multi-Billion Dollar Company, Employees Get Cheated Out of Raises and Year-End Holiday Gifts (not even so much as a paper card), and We Can’t Get New, Clean, and/or Functional Supplies Needed to Perform Our Jobs

I have been working at Express Scripts full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Work life balance is top notch. Aces for work culture. Aces for SUPER diversity. At Express Scripts work is easy. Very easy to love what you do because leadership support is super amazing. As a matter of fact I can't express in words why I just love to go in to the office every day. Work from home is also very flexible.

    Cons

I am so comfortable at this job I honestly can't think of any cons. FYI Express Scripts is not what it used to be a few years ago. This company, now a subsidiary of Cigna, is truly one of the best places to work in America and there are statistics to prove that.

    Pros

It's a good company to work for. Benefits, 401k, pto/pst time. It's a good group of people fulfilling a common goal. Helping Lives!!

    Cons

Work Life balance would be nice. Work from home for those who have a long commute.

    Advice to Management

Please use your influence to help with work-life balance and compensation. Client Services holds many hats and should be rewarded.

I have been working at Express Scripts full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Fair pay upon starting Nice amount of PTO (might change in 2020 due to Cigna merger) Opportunity for personal development Work/Life balance Flexible work hours

    Cons

Slow promotion/career growth Management seems to care more about delivery than empowering and developing their employees Management wants to solve all of the problems themselves, rather than listening to those under them that are closer to the problem. There has been a shift in culture since the Cigna merger, employees are simply "resources" now and are treated as such. They have benefits, they just aren't very... competitive.

    Advice to Management

Find ways to keep your employees motivated and continuously improving. You can't expect people who have been exceeding expectations for years to be okay with stagnant career growth. It lowers moral and the feeling of being valued.

I have been working at Express Scripts full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Paid Holidays, VTO/PTO, Weather Storm Paid Days, Small Team Performance Bonuses

    Cons

Work/Life Balance, Management, Pay-Rates, Development & Advancement Opportunities, PTO/PST utilization system.

    Advice to Management

Encourage a positive work environment by acknowledging those whom work, not through clear favoritism; uphold all employees of a team to the same standard, not turning a blind eye or ignoring to correct repetitive issues. Dismiss employees whom continually break company rules, standards, and values.
