    Pros

There is no pro to this building even after the last company was sued due to shoty care. New company bought it and they are just as bad.

    Cons

Horrible, I mean the worst nursing home to work for. "Arbors at Milford" has the worst management I've ever had to work under. They will tell you whatever you want to hear while hiring you. After you hit the floor it all becomes lies. Morale, management, Pay sucks to!

    Advice to Management

Advice to corporate, fire all management and hire people who actually love and care for people.

    Pros

The only good part of my employment was the residents. They are the only reason I continued to work in that environment.

    Cons

Understaffed, low hourly wage, horrible benefits, management was not 100% law abiding.

    Advice to Management

    Pros

Easy to get promoted because nobody wants to be in management with this company.

    Cons

Does NOT pay out bonuses to management. Even with a deficiency free survey they will still not pay. Scandalous company that does not care about their employees.

    Advice to Management

Pay out the claimed bonus structure available. Take care of the employees who do their part.

    Pros

Friendly co-workers who will help you out whenever you need

    Cons

I've been one CNA to 20 patients at this place. One nurse to 35 patients. Dangerously understaffed

    Advice to Management

Fix your dangerous staffing. Spending the money on extra employees will mean less fines from the state--why don't you understand this concept?

    Pros

I guess the only pro I can speak of is you show up to work and then you receive a paycheck for it.

    Cons

Poorly managed, no one is a team player, employs individuals who seem to continuously set the facilities up for failure.

    Advice to Management

Get on the same page, work as a team, assist the unit managers and office staff in rallying the CNA's to do their work and adhear to procedure, create procedure and remain consistent in ensuring the employees continuously follow through properly and if necessary stay on top of any consequences should they apply.
