    Pros

    Great benefits. Pay is one of the best. All PPE, (work boots, prescription safety glasses,uniforms,gloves,hearing protection) is provided at no cost.

    Cons

    Not much advancement unless you are a college grad. in engineering, no matter your competence level. Sometimes safety policies create more safety hazards.

    Advice to Management

    Be more strait forward with the labor force and keep some of them in the loop when making decisions during unplanned down time.

    Pros

    Great place to work if you're a permanent ExxonMobil employee. Great Benefits. If you're a contractor & well liked, great stepping stone to getting a permanent position with this company.

    Cons

    Contractors get worked extra hard & you get no respect because you're a contractor. If you're like you get a little respect.

    Advice to Management

    Communicate more with contractors. Contractors do have great input also.
