I have been working at ExxonMobil full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Zeer goed loon, flexibel/veel verlof (+-70dagen) nemen in shift indien geen Turn around

    Cons

    Advice to Management

Gemeende appreciatie op professioneel vlak geeft voldoening.

    Pros

Being able to put a smile on a customers face. Recognizing the frequent common customers. It's very easy work especially if you are a fast learner.

    Advice to Management

We should be able to get discounts in the store as employees and more hours would be nice.

    Advice to Management

Be careful with gendered feedback, penalizing women for not presenting traditionally masculine traits (i.e. assertiveness, over-confidence) is a product of socialization, not indicative of poor performance.
