    Large corporate work culture can be seen as a little outdated, company attempting to improve.

    Company has a strong ethics and safety culture. They have a great pay and benefits package, well above industry standards.

    Because of its size, it can be very difficult to navigate through the processes to get things done.

    Pros

    Worked with very smart people. They were all hard working and it was truly a learning experience

    Cons

    Management positions are given on merit and not on managing skills, so a lot of managers are not very good. Also work life balance isn't the best

    Advice to Management

    Learn how to be a better manager. Read books.
