    Great benefits & salary; great opportunities for career changes and travel. Highly ethical company.

    Cons

    The company will suck your life away - lots of hours, at the office & at home. EVERYONE is highly qualified so very competitive. Forced ranking system pits employees against each other which can make a very nasty working environment, depending on your department.
