    Worst experience

    Business Outlook

    Pros

    - Diverse, does not discriminate upon culture, religion and skin colour. - All of the colleagues are able to speak English. - Very modern (iphone 12 as a business phone, powerful dell laptop) - Receive christmas bonus even when still on a probation period - Flexible working hours - Does not micro manage

    Cons

    - Does not have the capacity, compassion and patience for training and guidance as you will be joining a demanding project with a tight time frame. - No on-boarding onto a project. No introduction of the organization, functionality of different departments or how things work in the project. - Communication hierarchy is unclear. Reporting is unclear. Overall communication between managers and employers are bad. - Managers are not interested on a constructivel feedback and how you can do better at your field but just have a “pointing fingers when everything is collapsing” kind of culture. - Rate of talent retention is a problem, they are hiring a lot but has a problem to retain talents. Most of the talents leave on their probation period. - Individualistic working culture. Everyone is too busy with their own work and does not bother to foster a meaningful relationship with colleagues.
