I worked at Eye Consultants of Atlanta full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Convenient Location, it’s a job

    Cons

Let me just say I have never written a review, but my experience was pure disgusting. Extremely poor environment. Lazy co-workers get away with not contributing. Rude staff, management and doctors. Staff is very condescending and lazy. Very cliquey among the old heads with seniority. If you don’t kiss butt, you will soon be mistreated and over looked. Staff does not work as a team and purposely against you, by trying to make you look bad in front of others on purpose (especially if your new). Communication is awful among staff from other locations. The other reviews are very true. I had high hopes, but soon learned there wasn’t any hope if you aren’t willing that kiss behind. The staff with seniority, is the BIGGEST problem with retaining new staff.

    Advice to Management

Invest more time in why your turn over is so high instead of consistent hiring.

Convenient Location. Great Ice machine. You can establish rapport with the patients.

    Cons

No room for growth. You stare at a screen all day. More work vs. life balance. Too many unhappy staff makes working there full and grey.

    Advice to Management

Take care of those who give 100% effort into helping to keep ECA going.
