I worked at EzQualify as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Fast paced learning, and expects to quickly adapt to the environment. Work within a group of 1-2 people including the owner of the company.

    Cons

Expects you to read a book and instantly grasp the tasks easily.

  3. "Intern"

    Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

    Pros

Different day, different activities. Weekly meeting to keep up with the pipeline. You have a lot of responsibilities since boss is usually busy. Contacting and followingup with borrowers. Seeing that you can change a borrower's life by purchasing a property or refinancing their property to save thousands of dollars is rewarding.

    Cons

No guidance and direction so you have to take the initiative to figure out how to do something new. Boss is very busy so you have to remember how to do everything.

    Advice to Management

More guidance to future interns. More transparency so everyone knows what is going on. Allowing workers to provide more feedback.

    Small tight nit environment
    Great collegues

    Cons

    Political
All decisions go to top management and are subject to their approval. A lot of times your hard work will not be appreciated and thrown out the door.
No clear direction. People are leaving left to right.

    Advice to Management

    it won't matter.

    Pros

It is a good place to learn and
senior IT is helpful and willing to teach intern
You can have flexible work schedule.

    Cons

    This is Unpaid position.
You need to be self learner and self-starter because they are quite busy to teach you.

    Advice to Management

It would be great if we can work at home because we can work remotely at home and don't need to go to the office
