Pros
-Casual work environment -Creative freedom -Flexible schedules -Rewards entrepreneurial employees -Extensive support system with parent company 3 Point Distribution (manages multiple 500k-5mil brand's backend)
Cons
Lack of structure Three sides to the office / one side is cubicles for the backend / the second is the warehouse / and the third is creative and marketing. Sometimes this creates a bit of discontinuity in the overall company. Would not recommend for people who struggle with filling in the specifics of complex goals. See the above note about rewards for entrepreneurial employees.

Pros
the one good thing about Ezekiel is that there is no one breathing down your neck to do your job. People come in at 10am and leave at 5pm most days but seem to get their work done in that time period. The environment is very relaxed and you don't have to clock in and out. People even bring their pets in everyday.
Cons
No room for advancement. CEO is the only one that can make decisions which causes a lot of time being wasted waiting for confirmation. You're expected to do the job of 3 people since the CEO does not believe in hiring extra help. Never expect a raise or promotion. There is a resident cat here with feline AIDS who is really aggressive. Not good for people with allergies to work here.
