    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Ezekiel Clothing full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    -Casual work environment
    -Creative freedom
    -Flexible schedules
    -Rewards entrepreneurial employees
-Extensive support system with parent company 3 Point Distribution (manages multiple 500k-5mil brand's backend)

    Cons

    Lack of structure

Three sides to the office / one side is cubicles for the backend / the second is the warehouse / and the third is creative and marketing. Sometimes this creates a bit of discontinuity in the overall company.

Would not recommend for people who struggle with filling in the specifics of complex goals. See the above note about rewards for entrepreneurial employees.

    Advice to Management

Clarify long-term plans to all employees.

Work on employee onboarding to make the appropriate introductions. This will help people get familiar with a small, but complex office structure.

    Neutral Outlook

I worked at Ezekiel Clothing part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Flexibility, great communicative accessibility to supervisors

    Cons

No room to grow, too heavy a workload

    Advice to Management

Various positions to overloaded. Hire an intern to handle menial workload.

    Pros

the one good thing about Ezekiel is that there is no one breathing down your neck to do your job. People come in at 10am and leave at 5pm most days but seem to get their work done in that time period. The environment is very relaxed and you don't have to clock in and out. People even bring their pets in everyday.

    Cons

No room for advancement. CEO is the only one that can make decisions which causes a lot of time being wasted waiting for confirmation. You're expected to do the job of 3 people since the CEO does not believe in hiring extra help. Never expect a raise or promotion. There is a resident cat here with feline AIDS who is really aggressive. Not good for people with allergies to work here.

    Advice to Management

Ezekiel would grow leaps and bounds if the Owner/CEO would learn to let go and trust a team of managers to handle business. He is the only thing keeping the company from expanding.

    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

You can bring your pets and it's a family-oriented atmosphere

    Cons

No raises or bonuses are given even when promised
